Attorney Nancy is very professional and helpful! 3 hours before our closing time, the bank informed us the bank statements were not correct, and the closing date needed to be delayed again! Nancy called and talked to the bank attorney, so we finally made it at the same day!

This law office is terrible service. Our last closing is done by this Law Office. They did a terrible job. First how could they have not figure the open permit violation once the title report comes in, but they figured it out in 2 days ahead the closing date, then we push back 1 month for the closing date. BUT 2 days before the 2nd closing date, they told us there is a violation fee the that open permit need to be clear , why could n't they told us at first title run and fixed all the problem at once.
