Poor communication, lack of professionalism and impersonal attitude. Josh disregarded crucial information that was communicated to him in the initial tax consultation, resulting in a filing delay. He began to misspell my name, even though we had been in contact for two months at that point. When I brought this to his attention, there was no acknowledgment or apologies offered from his end.
