For a federal facility, you'd have thought that this prison would run differently from a public/state prison. This prison is straight trash; maybe because it's a federal prison. The phone service - trash, the facility - trash, the staff from the warden on down to the medical department, to the officers are all - trash. It is well known that guards/officers with badges are bullies / thugs and the biggest gang in America. In the prison system, this is a known fact! This facility is very rude and nasty. They don't care about their inmates. I called to speak with someone in charge, they placed me on hold and then proceeded to pick up only to hear if I was still on the line to place me back on hold! Eventually I hung up and called back. I then spoke with someone else an officer who's name began with a V who also placed me on hold after I ask to speak with someone.
