Initially, I hired Ben Roberds to help me with some estate settlement issues, and because I found him to be such an effective lawyer, I would trust him with any and all of my legal matters.
I have worked with Mr. Roberds on several legal issues. He is responsible, well informed, very knowledgable on different aspects of the law and quick to respond to my requests. I always know I will get the right information and the right legal advice.
Attorney Ben Roberds is a top notch Lawyer with the ability to give credible advice, detail accounting of aspects of your case and responds to inquiries in a timely manner. I have had great results working with him over the years! I recommend him to anyone dealing with a variety of legal queries in the NWA area!
I have used Ben for many years as my attorney. He always returns my calls and is willing to go the extra mile to be sure that he answers ALL my questions. He is very assertive in Court which one of the things I really like. He fights for you.
Worst mistake I ever made was hiring this attorney. He doesn't respond to messages left at his office, emails, and can be the nicest man at first, but is rude and talks to you like your sh*t if you don't agree to what he wants (who cares about yours). He admits he is very arrogant which is VERY true. Very confident, but doesn't follow through properly with anything, including the Judge's orders. Thanks for allowing me to post a review hope this helps someone. I only give him 1 star because it wouldn't allow me to give zero.
I love Ben!! He is honest, clear, and compassionate on doing what's best for you. I wouldn't trust important life decisions with anyone else to anyone else so much that I recommend him to all of my friends and family.
