Can't select 0 star. Worst place in Bessemer city to rent from! Everything about this company is poor! The floor in our house started falling thru and the wall started cracking from the floor falling and I noticed they had the floor held up by 4x4 pieces of wood just wedged under the floor! Black mold was in the house. The wood on the outside of the house was rotten. They did a good job at hiding all of the problems before we moved in. Really doesn't deserve this one star. This place is the WORST rental company I've ever dealt with. It's been a month since I sent my info to them, and I still have yet to be allowed to look at a property to see if I'm even interested in the first place. They are all older and don't seem to be capable of running a rental company. They keep claiming that they need "more information" or that "they are having trouble verifying income".
