Sent through most documents and then got asked for $2000for safe keeping to review what i had sent thanks for nothing. Not only was the solicitor incompetent she even took my documents and forgot to return them now I hope they are express posting them or my court date will be destroyed ill keep every one posted with letter sent that I hope has everything included or maybe I will to take them to court I don't think that is normal protocol? I engaged Robbins Watson to assist with My mother's will. My solicitor was abrupt, found it difficult to explain things in simpler terms, and needed constant prompting to finalise action. At almost every point i had to chase them for weeks to process simple forms and actions. I finished the will and went elsewhere for property transfer assistance.

My mother engaged Robbins and Watson to manage her will. I was her Enduring Power of Attorney (EPOA). Last year, 2024, when Great Southern Bank froze my mother’s accounts and confiscated $10,000 for several weeks, Ms. Ung provided no meaningful assistance, charging $440 to inform me of what I already knew about my mother’s will.
