I had my 2024 taxes done there,they did it in a timely manner and the staff were very nice an helpful.there price was reasonable.
I had my taxes done there in 2024 for 2023. When they finished my taxes they said I owed $2200 to the IRS. I sent the $2200 to the IRS. Then I started getting a letter from the IRS saying I still owed $688. I called Robbins Tax and told them I was getting letters. They told me to e-mail the papers to them, so I did 5 weeks ago. Two weeks rolled around and heard nothing so I called them again. They said they would look at it and call me back. That was 3 weeks ago and I still have not heard anything. So now I'm in limbo.
Fast easy and at a great price. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Cannot recommend them enough! They’ve also been so easy to work with. They communicate well and answer all of my questions. Appts are easy to make by calling! If you’re looking for somebody to handle your taxes in the Joplin area, this is where you should go!
