At first I was super stoked to work with Kelly. We were in a rush to get hats made, he met with me same day, I sent everything over to him, and then I’m not sure what happened, I sent him a few messages tying to get the order in but was completely ghosted.
Went out of there way to accommodate my order that I was responsible for messing up. Stellar customer service
