This is a hard review to leave as the showroom is beautiful and has excellent service when your purchasing. Our sales person Marisol guided us perfectly. However when the sofa was delivered and made 10 inches short. Customer service non existent. Communication was a constant chase. Lisa the Store manager got involved but also had her hands tied. Everything was good when I bought the furniture I have a warranty claim. I was informed to call the manufacturer. They gave me the information manufacturer says they don't process it. I have to go through Robb Stuckey. .. I've now called them back 10 times for no one to call me back
