My wife and I bought a coffee table, signed a contract and paid for the table. We were having them store it in their warehouse until we were ready for the piece. About a week later we were informed that the glass top was priced separately??? There was only one price tag on the table which was hanging from the base of the table. Beautiful pieces, excellent customer service - no hovering!
Sales staff misrepresent the quality and durability of the product, and they/management won’t do anything to make it right even when your purchase was within 3 months. I just wasted $10,000. Buyer beware.
Be aware if you purchase the patio Renaissance collection from Sun Lord Leisure Products. As you can see by the below photos the inner material used to hold the pillow stuffing has become deteriorated and torn after only three years. After contacting Robb & Stucky in Sarasota where we purchased. They told my wife and I that the manufacturer said it was out of warranty.
