Over promised, over priced, and under delivered!!! No follow up whatsoever…just whatever their screen tells them rather than actually finding out what’s happening with your continuously delayed orders! Nothing but lip service. Staff doesn’t care about the client’s needs or deadlines, but rather, what lies they can tell a client to line their pockets with commissions!!! Absolutely disgusting! Never EVER again!!! BUYER BEWARE!
I truly don’t know who to blame as the office blames warehouse and vice versa. I can only advise what my issues were: My custom bed arrived- I was given no notice. When I called office to check on order that’s when I was advised it was already there. They are supposed to reach out to schedule delivery. I had to call them. I never received a call ahead for time window on delivery. Luckily I showed up and they were there. Excellent selection of fine furnishings and accessories - best price for high end brands
Sleazy, unethical business. Out creator gave us a gift card for $750 so we gave them a chance in spite of their horrible reviews online. We bought a bed, coffee table and end table off the floor and were told delivery would come Thursday. They then switched delivery to the following week without telling us so we cancelled the order and asked for a refund.
