Wish I would have read other reviews before wasting our money. The sales person was very crafty at convincing us that the very expensive sofa we were purchasing was of high quality. After a year of light use, the cushions are sagging, fabric rippling and pilling, and feathers poking through. It looks like we purchased from a second hand store. Worst customer service ever. No wonder why they give realtor’s gift certificates to give to their clients. It’s the only way to get anyone in their store. Shop elsewhere.
Robb & Stucky is a great store for better furniture and accessories. Before you go, understand that this store is not for inexpensive merchandise. It’s a better store for those of us who want something better than the other furniture stores.
