We used Rob as our mortgage agent to purchase our new house. I have bought 3 homes prior to this and never used a mortgage agent. So comparing the two experiences I can say I would definitely recommend hiring a mortgage broker and specifically Rob! He was very clear with what was needed, we understood the process and best of all got a fantastic rate! We ran into a small hiccup and Rob promptly fixed the issue and we were back to A1! Thanks Rob!
