I've bought multiple Jellycats from them and have never had any issues until today I personally wouldn't recommend them after this experience. I went in and bought 3 Jellycats one had a damaged tag due to them putting the price tag over the front of the product tag so I called them and they said they had a clean one to come back in and exchange it. Came in looking for coffee. Had bought Salt Winds Kraken Blend - Dark Roast Coffee - High Caffeine and Drunken Sailor Dark Roast Coffee at the CNE this year. I really like them. Trying to find a place to buy them in Brampton has been a disappointment. But since I was passing by and the timing worked I stopped in and grabbed some but not what I wanted.
