The people I have been dealing with are very unprofessional. I call and leave messages, and send texts and it will take days for someone to respond. My lawyer was very rude. Sebastian Reyes was super helpful. Always responded promptly, answered all of my questions, very courteous, never failed to touch base with me to let me know what was going on in my case. He walked me through all steps in the process as I had a lot of questions. He got me all the way through to my next steps in the process, and did a great job.
