Today was my assessment appointment with Adeem. We discussed my issue and made a plan to correct the problem. I felt he really understood my concerns and my goals. I really appreciate the free app for tracking my exercises and the clear instructions provided . I'm sure this will keep me motivated to maintain a regular program of exercises to get back to a happier body.

First time seeing, was very informative made me feel a lot better moving forward. Had relief from my issues when I left after the first visit.
First visit went very well. Harshbir Communicated what he was doing, adjusted treatment based on my feedback and took the time to answer my questions. He also assigned me a couple of simple exercises to do and appreciate him showing me the proper technique. Update Dec 23rd: still the best anywhere. Do yourself a service and try them out. My wife now visits them as well. I have never felt this well in a very long time and look forward to enjoying winter sports again.
