I’m extremely disappointed with the Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority. The staff is unhelpful and unprofessional. I came in just to turn in a paper—there was no line, and yet I was left waiting for a long time with no explanation. The receptionist ignored me and doesn’t answer the phone or assist people when they walk in. It’s clear that many of the employees here have no sense of urgency or concern for the people they’re supposed to be helping. This office needs serious improvement in how it treats the public.

Please get rid of the ignorant, rude, unprofessional, and non having customer service skills here at the front desk!!!!!! Idk how they even get a paycheck at unprofessional as they act and are!!!! I guess just sitting behind the desk and clicking buttons on a keyboard on the internet is an easy way to get a pay check....what a waste of taxpayers money! Get new front desk staff!!!!

Not very good at all rude disrespectful people working there no one never calls u back they don't answer there phone or email at all they are just no good at all .
