I’m extremely disappointed with the Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority. The staff is unhelpful and unprofessional. I came in just to turn in a paper—there was no line, and yet I was left waiting for a long time with no explanation. The receptionist ignored me and doesn’t answer the phone or assist people when they walk in. It’s clear that many of the employees here have no sense of urgency or concern for the people they’re supposed to be helping. This office needs serious improvement in how it treats the public.
