Just wanted take a minute to give a big shout out and "Thank You" to Roanoke Island Running Company. My wife and I had planned to go to VA to get a good pair of running shoes and expert recommendations after some less than stellar experiences here on the beach. The ONLY running store in Manteo. Go see Shane or Jerry, they really know their shoes! And all the running gear you would ever need. They have Sandy Bands too.
We need more stores like this! No junk! Real brands, personal service, and good prices. Great products too. I live a ways away, but will comeback - it's worth the drive.
Nice little running store on the island.
