Benetta truly assisted removing a block for me that wasn't enabling me to live life fully. I have experienced other forms of therapy, however felt the need to address it from a subconscious level to correct programmed patterns that were no longer serving me. Her compassionate and joyful nature makes you feel at ease immediately. Benetta also provided strategies and tools that I can apply in times of uncertainty. I highly recommend her.
