Worst experience ever. Don't ever rent from this scam of a company. There cars are not road ready, very unprofessional, and there was more than one occasion they tried to over charge me. They tell you one thing and charge you another. They do this without providing explanation nor any type of paperwork or proof to tell you why this has happened. Great place to rent a car in the GTA. -Affordable prices -Great Customer service.
By far the best experience yet. The quote I got on the phone was exactly the price I paid. No hidden fees or costs. Staff was really helpful and kind. Definitely would recommend renting from Roadstar and supporting local small business rather than paying an arm and a leg at those expensive car rental places.
Good car for a reasonable price, friendly and helpful service. They even gave us a ride to the airport gate when we returned our car. Had some trouble with the paperwork, but got all the help I needed. All in all a very good experience!
