Contracted them to move a car from VA to KY. Was given one price online, another when they called and a third higher price when they finalized booking. Day of pick up they text us at 9 in the morning and told us the driver would be there in two to three hours, 5 hours later we called and they more or less told us it’s not their problem and gave us the contracted drivers number. After speaking with Erik and getting a quote that was much higher than other companies he told me “thanks for wasting my time” Not sure what sort of business model that is but it doesn’t work for me.
