Completely under staffed
My car ran out of gas I bought a $22 gas jug and the nozzle didn't work so I go back to the lady after my gas is all over the ground and I'm like hey look this jug nozzle malfunction and she was like well I'm not giving your money back so she's like here have this nozzle so I guess she tried to make it right customer service is lacking these days is all I can say if you're in leadership please please please take care of your people man your benefit so much more from that that $22 I would have much rather give to charity than... read more
