This is the worst shipping company. They damaged my merchandise valued at $20,000. Even though they had video evidence, they didn't acknowledge anything. They told us it was our fault when their carrier damaged my product. If I could give them a rating lower than one, I would, but they don't deserve even one star.

We had an awful experience with Roadrunner. Our pallet arrived with clear forklift damage — someone had run straight through the middle of it. We had time-stamped photos before pickup and after delivery, making it obvious the damage occurred while it was in their hands. Despite this clear evidence, they denied our claim, saying the damage could have happened at any time. That’s not just wrong — it’s a complete refusal to take responsibility. This shipment has two pellets. 3 create are stacked together and merged into one was delivered. Missing Another one is pallet. There are 22 boxes on the pallet. Since the cargo pellet with 22 boxes on it was lost, They took the three stacked creates and separated them into two creates and one create and sent them to the customer. Then they lied and said that when picking up, it was 2 creates stacked and a single create. We asked the origin terminal to provide their security camera footage, but they have not provided it yet. ... read more
