Used RRT for about a year before problems started. They picked up at least 2-4 pallets a month from us, then suddenly we had 2 BOL's sent over with extra charges for 'inside pick up' when our pallets are all placed outside for pick up. Contacted our rep and one of the charges was removed. The other was not, it took several months before the rep came out to our location, told me it'd be taken care of. Horrible freight company.
Stay away from this company. If you are an owner operator, they will waste ur time, nothing but lies. They micro manage, and they will install camera and record u 24/7 in the cab, and they will call u and send email all the time just for looking down. They are cheap and have no work.
This is the worst shipping company. They damaged my merchandise valued at $20,000. Even though they had video evidence, they didn't acknowledge anything. They told us it was our fault when their carrier damaged my product. If I could give them a rating lower than one, I would, but they don't deserve even one star.
We had an awful experience with Roadrunner. Our pallet arrived with clear forklift damage — someone had run straight through the middle of it. We had time-stamped photos before pickup and after delivery, making it obvious the damage occurred while it was in their hands. Despite this clear evidence, they denied our claim, saying the damage could have happened at any time. That’s not just wrong — it’s a complete refusal to take responsibility.
