What a disaster. My shipment has been sitting in the hub for a WEEK. They can't get it the last 15 miles. Excuse after excuse, and no one at customer service can seem to reach anyone at the hub. "We'll send them an email".....which apparently no one will look at.....day after day I call, and no one can tell me when I'll get the shipment. These people have no business being in business.
Hands down the most unorganized shipping company I’ve had to deal with to date. Was referred to the customer portal for more exact times of my delivery because between 9-4 isnt realistic if you actually work. I was told by two different representatives that I would be able to get a call when they were 30 minutes away. ETA started at 12:22, then 10:04. At 10:01 it changed from 10:04 to 1:02. Terrible quality of service. Do not use this company for any shipment needs. Long transit times & poor customer service team - they cannot track anything in their system
