Tracking ends at this facility, a full week after the expected delivery date I call to find out what's going on. I'm told that the load in question was either not picked up at the previous facility or has been left on a dock somewhere, they have been doing "dock checks" for an additional 4 days now. No update yet, at this point I'm not hopeful that it will be recovered especially after seeing all of these other poor reviews.
DONT GIVE THEM A MINUTE OF YOUR TIME. I've been waiting a week on my car to get delivered and they keep lying about arrival day and times. This is the worst auto transporter company ever. They use a middle man at that I'm assuming other contractors and both parties do not communicate they leave the calling up to you to check and see what's going on. Overall a poor experience. Not to mention they will trying and run you over to get around while going 80+ on the hwy.
Took over a month to receive a shipment, it was stuck at this terminal for several weeks.
