DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Our car was picked up late on a Wednesday in Atlanta, and the estimated delivery was Saturday in Sacramento. We received no tracking updates and the online tracking website was non-functional. On Saturday, we were told that the care was delayed until Monday. It is now Monday and the car is now theoretically being delivered tomorrow (but still not here!). The driver is not picking up his phone. Rescheduled twice now. Would not have used them if I had known it was going to be this difficult. Poor communication as well. Do not recommend.
Horrible! This is my 2nd poor experience with this company . I chalked the 1st to the contracted business but here I am yet again.. almost 1 week past my scheduled pickup and they have rescheduled me for the 3rd time!!!! Absolutely would not recommend and customer service sucks
