Good facility with friendly and helpful staff. Nice area to park a tractor trailer roadside to do a 10 if needed.
If I could give a zero I would, they have good prices and the front-end service seems nice and helpful, but when it comes to actually shipping your car, they are terrible. I booked at the beginning of August for delivery at the end of the month, giving them plenty of time. Everything looked fine until pickup. I called multiple times to confirm and always got the same reassurances. They overcharged me for an unfulfilled shipment. I sent emails to many departments of their team, they admitted they overcharged the bill, but till today, 3 months have passed, still no refund, no progress. I called the relationship manager several times, every time he just said he would follow up, but actually nothing happened. I really want to consider a legal way to solve this problem.
