Worst shipping company ever. I work for an auto parts company and my vendor used them to ship an order to me. After it being late for a week my customer decided to cancel and go elsewhere. Customer care seemed like they were reading from a script and sounded very unconcerned. I was on hold waiting on a tracking update and the phone hung up after 5 minutes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY SUCK!!!! Terrible terrible terrible. I wish I could give them 0 stars because that’s what they deserve.
A little tight getting into but plenty of room to maneuver once your in the gate! Our Memphis drop yard is here!
