Well what a shit show. Called my rep Alex and got everything scheduled. I use that term Loosely because clearly schedules don’t mean anything. Was told I’d have to ship my 29 enclosed for an extra 700$ fine. Then the other two cars the driver showed up a whole day late and when he pulled up the truck was already loaded with two cars. I had to help the driver squeeze and pinch every inch of that truck. Then he couldn’t get the ramps off so I provided him a bottle jack to jack the cars up and remove the ramps otherwise my cars... read more

Brandi out of Sparta was right on time, called on arrival and the load out was perfect. Steven at Roadrunner Mt Juliet was easy to contact and provided good timely information. I am glad I ignored the snarky negative comments from people not familiar with how LTL motor freight functions. I’ll provide feedback when the shipment reaches Miami and will use Roadrunner for my next heavy bulky shipment +
