Apsolut nighmare, driver was on site for more than 9 hours, firstly said to drop trailer and will be loaded around 10PM then at 10PM said he need to wait until 2 AM

Well what a shit show. Called my rep Alex and got everything scheduled. I use that term Loosely because clearly schedules don’t mean anything. Was told I’d have to ship my 29 enclosed for an extra 700$ fine. Then the other two cars the driver showed up a whole day late and when he pulled up the truck was already loaded with two cars. I had to help the driver squeeze and pinch every inch of that truck. Then he couldn’t get the ramps off so I provided him a bottle jack to jack the cars up and remove the ramps otherwise my cars... read more
