They accepted a lift gate delivery to my house, but only when it got to the local warehouse did they decide it was too big for their liftgates. Their first rep I spoke to lied to me several times about call backs and that he would set it up to be delivered to my workplace who has a forklift. Unfortunately he did none of that and now 2 days later the process has started on that but the company that shipped it has to authorize the change.
