This is the worse shipping and receiving company in the United States of America. I warn all , don’t think about using this service. They have no structure, integrity or concern. Worse business ethics!!
Do not book live load from this place unless you want to reset 34 here. The waiting time for the load is 24+ hours. No management at all. After reading the previous bad reviews i assume these reviews are years old and now these people might have learn but they are still same. They don’t know what they are doing. They have no communication with their other departments. You are picking up your load, do not come here, I have been waiting for 12 hours already------------------------------------------------ and the staff here speaks too rudely and talks to me.
Pulled in the yard yesterday expecting my guy Redd as usual only to find out he got let go. Dude has been there like 20 years and was the best hands down. Took me forever to get help and unloaded but had Redd been there I woulda been taken care of no doubt
