Asked specifically for a quote to ship a K2500. Representative called promptly and offered quote, and I informed him I needed 1 or 2 more quotes before decision to contract. The K2500 seller had a shipper he works with and reduced cost by $350.00, door to door. Roadrunnet rep subsequently called, got upset, and said seller was probably illegitimate, which seller certainly is bonafide. Terrible communication. Was promised to get car shipped on June 11th was guaranteed a phone call on the Friday June 10th never got the call. I actually called 2 days prior, left messages for the guy that set up my appointment he never called back. I finally called on June 10th spoke to the front desk lady told me it can be anywhere from 10mins to 10 days. LOL. waited Saturday Sunday no calls.
