Freight was to be delivered 12/8. A call to their customer service said it would not be until 12/11. The website still says 12/8. Tracking is very poor as is customer service. Hold times on the phone can be 15 minutes. Possibly I am not the only one calling to complain. When I finally reached someone the information was that there were mechanical problems with the truck.
