By far the most unprepared, unreliable, unprofessional company in Omaha. For the past year, every time I need a diagnostic, this has been a horrendous experience with long waits, unexpected system shut downs during diagnostics, un helpful customer service, un helpful employees behind the scenes. A complete and utter inconvenience all the way around. They will over charge you for everything and violate you everytime for minor things. This is just a bad company that aims to scam people rather it inconveniences people or not.
Trash equipment, trash company, trash customer service, constantly will violate you and take your money, even when their system pulls down your battery and you have to jump start, it's a violation
They deliver coupons (without expiration) with fictitious promotions…
