Like others, I struggled with corporate and spotty communication, especially since my install is voluntary. However, my interactions with Brian and his team at the Eisenhower Ave have been grand. They're timely, accessible, and technically accurate.
Customer service sucks. I called because my device malfunctioned. The guy treated me like I was stupid and had an attitude the whole call

Last month this technician (Brian Young) mess up my cars and when I call Costumer service they told me they gonna call me to follow up and they never did it, this month I went back and he had the shop close, I nock and wait 15 minutes then I left, when I finally reach him because I want it to reschedule he told me he was inside, so I told him I want to reschedule because I had to drive 1 hr, and he say he need to charge $35 for rescheduling like is my foul.
They will tell you it won't mess your car up. I'd suggest googling the thousands of people who's cars got messed up from it. Count me as your first. If anyone knows of mechanics that specifically fix interlock mess ups, please let us know. Thanks
