My machine is constantly malfunctioning and I'll have to go into the shop to get it reset every time. I can never get ahold of anyone through their contact number, or a call back when I'm put on the waiting list for a call back. I suggest to go through another company. I've also gone through 5 shops in my area (Bellingham, WA). I got violations because people have quit this company without letting the people know that have the device they needed to go out of town to get service.

Larry knowledgable-calm-made himself avail-helpful. A few examples. I had flouride put on teeth @dentist causing failed test. I call Larry, he said rinse & try again in 5min countdown. He stayed on phone w/me till all good. Another time, car horn intermit blew when I stared car. I thought interlock so called Larry-he diagnosed problem as car alarm system, so I pushed lock door buttons etc &all good again. Larry is amazing. He’s personable, kind, and not judgmental. If you need an interlock device I would recommend Larry and Draeger every time.

Very professional and also easy to work with. Real pleasure knowing Larry. I came from a low level car stereo install joint that was an absolute horror! When Larry opened his shop in Bremerton it was a gift to have my recalibration done in his shop. Highly recommended.
