Dreager/Roadguard Interlock Company, now a part of Smart Start, has been the most questionable company I have come across thus far. I have attended two separate hearings, both of which concluded that there was no alcohol use and that faulty equipment was the cause. However, this does not compensate for the fact that I had to miss work, and even my wife had to miss work due to false accusations of drinking. After taking over Draeger interlock Road Guard dropped its Massachusetts customers like hot potatoes and we had to go through install process/ hearings etc. with new company at our expense! Unacceptable!! Met many upset customers today when getting device transferred-more unneeded stress!! Tyler is only positive thing about this place and they will probably end up screwing him too!!
Tyler is Amazing and Jake was great too. I wouldn't choose any other company if you must
