Don’t send your loved ones there. They aren’t there to help. Donald McGee (the director) only hires women that he finds attractive. He is a thief, an alcoholic and was forced into retirement from LPD because of all the shady things he was doing. They serve outdated food and they have bedbugs! This place is not a real rehabilitation center! They’ve gone months at a time when they were operating without a license. Do not send your loved ones there!
Honestly the job isn’t the problem it’s the drama that everyone wants to bring to the work place. I was an employee for 6-7 months there and we were constantly under staffed people would get fired and then rehired within a month or two. It makes me sad that I WANTED that job so bad was determined to do a good job and I get fired for being honest about my marijuana use.
