It was difficult To communicate with Driver, as it didn’t seem like he understood English. Driver Realized, after fully loaded that he didn’t bring Enough straps to properly secure the load. Driver told us he needed eight more straps to be able to secure the load. We drove 40 minutes round-trip to supply the driver with 10,000 pound semi truck straps. Terrible communication borderline dishonest! Driver showed up 3 hours late. They kept saying that he was almost there. Booked a load with them, they told me they would have 8’ drop tarps for the whole 53’ load and that they had someone that spoke English. After the load got loaded, we found out they only had a third of the tarps and their driver only spoke four words of English. They have no night dispatch and so if they do show up late and the driver refuses to answer your calls then you’re just screwed! Very unprofessional... read more
