We have had a terrible experience with Road Runner! Our two cars were picked up on March 11th. We were told they would arrive to our new home on March 20th. We have an air tag in one of the vehicles and we saw that the cars were parked in a towing yard for nine days!!!! March 20th came and went with no cars and no updates. Finally, on the day the cars were supposed to arrive we see that the vehicle with the air tag is finally moving.
