Overall I was happy with my service. Communication could have been a little better. My pickup did not happen on the date i scheduled and I had to reach out to find out my pickup date was pushed back a day, but they did get another pickup scheduled the next day. I was doing a military move and needed my vehicle in my new duty location on a certain day and my vehicle was delivered two days before the estimated date. I would gladly use this company again.

Extremely Unprofessional. Picked my vehicle up on a Wednesday. Was suppose to have it delivered by the following Monday. That was delayed until Tuesday but no one called to inform me. Tuesday comes and goes and the same thing. No call or update. Get another auto text informing me the vehicle would be delivered on Friday. Not a single call from them the entire time. It’s Friday past their closing time and still no delivered vehicle.

I am dealing with David James Bellassai (dispatcher) & he is very unprofessional. We paid for to get a car transported from Martinez California, which the pickup date was on a Friday and was suppose to be a Saturday but the delivery was suppose to be on that today which is Tuesday.
