I booked transport for a vehicle from Florida up to New York. I made my reservation five weeks for a departure date. I received multiple emails indicating that my date of pick up which was the day before we were to leave was confirmed. as the pick up date for me became close I called multiple times but no one ever picking up. This is NOT Roadrunner Auto Transport!! I was going to write a negative review also and noticed that this Road Runner is in Florida and is a small business not the Larger auto transport out of NY. before writing a negative review, do a search for "Roadrunner auto transport NY" to get to the right one. I'm a small business owner also and don't want to see a company potentially loose business because of a similar name.

Booked for 2 car transfer from Ny to fl. They arbitrarily canceled the confirmed date and never communicated that to me. I felt it was a scam as no one answered the phone. I was on hold for over an hour and gave up. Had to cancel flight plans and hotel plans. Guy that was assigned on the first day calls me on the second day and says sometimes we cancel. What? He promises delivery in a day. Calls and says he has dmv issues. What? Finally got my cars. This business is run Very poorly. Stay away!
