They have a few good drivers but most disregard the delivery instructions provided by Amazon.ca. We are older and both arthritic. We have a table at our door for things to be left on to help us and prevent falls. Many of the drivers ignore that showing a distinct lack of caring about doing a good job. It's not hard, but hey....

Roadrunner’s delivery driver CJ was a great help to me today. When my apartment building management threatened to throw out a package that I paid for and that was never delivered to me, CJ located my contact info and called me to explain the situation. He offered to keep the package in his delivery van until I was back at my apartment so he could give it to me. This saved me a lot of strife. He deserves a lot of credit and recognition for his thoughtfulness and effort.

Knocked super quietly, not using the metal knocker as requested, and left package outside in a neighbourhood where package theft is common, despite instructions not to do so. Company clearly does not care what happens to packages or if they make their way to the intended recipient or not.
