Do NOT USE THIS SERVICE unless you want to be berated and your morning filled with negativity. This is the second time I used Verna and while she seemed slightly prejudiced and mean before, I entered her messy van, utilized her services and that was that. This time was completely different - coarse, demanding and non-professional. Took me 5 minutes up the road to my destination, realized she wasnt getting paid until the trip was COMPLETED, came INSIDE demanding payment -I couldn't even take care of the business I had arrived... read more
Needed a ride from cullman hospital to center Grove Baptist area. Approximately 5 miles. They wanted 60 bucks. Hope they go out of business.
