My son and daughter both got fitted for running shoes and Troy made the whole experience easy. He was knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to make sure each of them found the right fit. Great customer serve and a really positive experience!
They do a great job of making sure I get the best shoes for me, advice on what type of shoes to get is always top notch. I’ve had plantar fasciitis before and I don’t ever want it again!

I’m a member and I brought in a friend who is a world wide worker on a ship and traveler. The rep employee assessed her feet and picked out several great choices that were comfortable for her work and lifestyle. She chose the ON shoe for its lightweight (travel) and sturdy, comfort for work with a wide enough toe bed. Very satisfied!
They tried to slide a membership sign up while definitely being unclear about the terms. Was told I would be saving money signing up and was pushed to keep it even after noticing the additional cost. FYI: not all sizes and colors available in store.
