William” Billy” was extremely helpful and made for a wonderful first time experience at your store. I shall return when I need new sneakers. Thank you.
I declined doing their foot scan and asked to try on a shoe, ended up with the worst customer experience I’ve ever had at an any type of store. The “expert” helping me was combative and rude, and refused to help unless I would do a foot scan. First time I’ve walked out of a retail store due to an employee before, and will never come back.
