This is where I come for my running shoes always find great people experienced great attitudes and really wanna make sure that I have the right shoes that fit my feet. Love this place.
Been buying the custom insoles there for about 67 years now a few weeks ago decided to get a pair of shoes and insoles at the Thousand Oaks store. The guy there was extremely nice, but unfortunately, he made an error gave me the wrong insoles and too big of a size tennis shoe a few weeks later I returned them to the Woodland Hills store and John was fabulous. Got me the right size shoe and the right insole. with my credits only cost me five dollars in tax. I am very happy and I appreciate their commitment to the customers.
The staff at Road Runner Sports is fantastic. The sales associate we worked with is knowledgeable about the features each shoe offers and is incredibly patient. He went above and beyond to help me find a way to get the shoes I chose in the color I wanted (it wasn’t in stock at this location and I needed the shoes ASAP). I’m closer to the Thousand Oaks location, but wouldn’t mind driving out to this one again in the future!
