I’ve been going to Road Runner for 6-7 years. I’m hard to fit and very particular. The sales staff has consistently been knowledgeable and helpful with my needs. The VIP program is also a great attraction.
Today was my first experience with Road Runner. I wish I could say I’d come back, but the experience was subpar. Upon arrival, when I asked for help the employee seemed annoyed. Afterwards, I was guided towards the middle waiting area where I was pretty much ignored. I waited about 20-30 minutes before I was finally acknowledged.
