This experience was terrible. I drove to this store to purchase a pair of running shoes. Here is what I hated about my experience. This store is too corporate. I had to be added to a wait list to be helped. Before trying on the shoes I had to submit to an evaluation. They make you wear their socks and then try to sell them to you. They form insoles before you try on any shoes and insist you try the shoe with the inserts. (I don’t need or want inserts). I kept being left for staff to help others. Shopping here was enjoyable from start to finish. It’s refreshing to find a store that truly values its customers and goes above and beyond to provide a great experience. I left with a pair of shoes I absolutely love and will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality footwear and outstanding customer service!

I went to this store on 27Jun26 in order to buy a pair of tennis shoes. Store sales rep Shea provided me EXCELLENT SERVICE. After having me stand on this scale (their 3D Fit Finder), she walked me through all of the details of the scan – and it was all so true! She pulled out at least 7 pairs of tennis shoes for me to try on and while I found one ( the Saucony Ride 19) which had a great fit they didn’t have the color I wanted in stock. I’ve come back multiple times from an amazing experience with Kat from 2 years ago when she helped me pick out a shoe a day before a half marathon that is not train for! I’m sure as runners you know that I should’ve trained for it and also bought the shoes weeks before the race lol.Now 2 year later and I’m learning more about stability and proper footwear. Paige knows her job well, she educated calmly and doesn’t pressure you into buying. She’s really chill and helpful just the person you need

First time ever being in a Road Runner store, and it won't be my last! From the moment I walked in, you made me feel very comfortable and explained in detail all about your shoes and products. You took the time to really listen to what I needed and never made me feel rushed. I highly recommend you and thank you for putting my feet in a comfortable, well-fitted pair of shoes. It's rare to find that kind of knowledgeable, genuine customer service these days. I'll definitely be back!
