I was there a good hour. Mike, my salesman, was very knowledgeable, understood my special needs situation, selected several different options for me to try and I walked out with perfect fit, super comfortable, shoes. RR is now the only place I'll go when I need sports shoes. Great experience.
I'm not sure. I did an exchange and was told that I had only paid $125 for my shoes and the replacement was $170. Pretty sure I paid $170 but the emailed receipt is intelligible.
