I brought in a mirror which my wife received from her grandmother. The movers broke the mirror and did not accept responsibility. The roadrunner team said they would try to cut the damaged area and save the mirror. It was too old, and didn’t survive the attempt. Instead of accepting the outcome they gave my wife a replacement mirror knowing it wasn’t the same, but a consolation. This gesture brought a tear to my eye. Hands down five stars! Clint responded right away with my dilemma. My automatic window would not roll back up, and I was going on holidays the next day. I wasn't sure if I would get the motor and regulator in time, so Clint instructed me how to get that window back up and secure it! I was so grateful 🙏 and I didn't have to take to dealership to do this.
