DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. All representatives incredibly rude. VERY LONG hold times. They arbitrarily cancelled pickup. Requested to speak with supervisor. Reps refused. Said "you dont need to talk to a manager". Have shipped many cars over the years. These people are the absolute worst ever dealt with. Plenty of other car shippers out there. Use Road Runner at your own peril.

RoadRunner! At first, I was skeptical after reading some reviews, but I’m so glad I went through with them. My car was picked up and delivered in just two days — across 1,000 miles! The driver kept in touch throughout the entire process, and I was able to track my car every step of the way. The price was fair and the service was smooth. I’ll definitely use RoadRunner again! My car was returned in the same contortion it was picked up.

Great service from the dispatch to the driver. Car was delivered in the same condition it left in. The driver communicated very well to ensure that the car was picked up and delivered in a timely manner.

Driver called and doubled fee which was quoted. When learned I went with another carrier got really rude yelling about wasting his time asking questions.
