I was a customer of a business that depended on the courier service for tire delivery. I was told that delivery would take 2 1/2 hours. When I returned after that time, the business called this courier service and was informed by a women that the driver should arrive with the delivery in 15-20 minutes. I returned 45 minutes later and the tires were still not delivered. Anita is the MOST awesome!! I left my camera in an Avis rental car at the Charlotte International Airport. I could not find a phone for the local Avis desk. I was desperate. So I googled courier's to find someone who could drive over and talk to a "human being" to get a local number and help me encourage someone, anyone to look for my camera.
